The roles are straightforward

- Provides the website and dedicated intake phone line.
- Collects the details needed to understand a service request.
- Reviews whether the request appears suitable for service follow-up.
- Routes the request only to the internal service team.
- Maintains the intake and service-request record.
What Thunder Spray Inc. does
- Decides whether to accept a service request.
- Conducts or arranges any required assessment.
- Provides any quotation, preparation instructions, and service terms.
- Confirms appointments and scheduling.
- Is responsible for every accepted pest-control agreement and the work itself.
Your information
When you submit a form or continue with a recorded intake call, the information needed to evaluate and respond to the request is kept within the systems and internal service team operated by Thunder Spray Inc.. This can include contact details, service address, pest concern, timing, access or safety considerations, and the intake record described in the Privacy Notice.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, coverage, availability, a quotation, or service. Thunder Spray Inc. must identify itself before proposing a quotation or service agreement.
Requests are not sold or shared with another pest-control company. If a different provider or lead-sale model is introduced, the provider identity, disclosure, consent, Privacy Notice, and routing controls must be updated before any request is handed off. A request collected before that change requires new provider-specific notice and consent.
Quotes and contracts
A website or phone intake does not itself create an appointment or contract. Any price, service scope, warranty, limitation, preparation requirement, cancellation term, or follow-up obligation is valid only when provided or confirmed by Thunder Spray Inc. through its own quotation or service agreement.
Licensing and provider responsibility
BorderCityPest.ca does not represent itself as a separate licensed pest-control company. The sole service provider, Thunder Spray Inc., is responsible for maintaining every licence, authorization, insurance policy, and qualification required for the work it accepts.
